On River FM 92.9 between 2 and 4 OUR STORIES. This weeks Inner Journey is with Luke. Then there is Sublime Music which am privileged to bring you .Live Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream Consider the Revolution
The revolution we have to have, because we all want real and lasting change on the planet. What is the resistance to change? Personally I think it is the big fictional narrative we have been fed, passed on by millennia of ancestry. Transferred, sometimes energetically, parents to children. It has been imprinted on our very being of how to be in the world, it has affected every relationship because it is a flawed mindset.
Because of suppression of emotions etc, parts of the whole of who we are have been left out in the cold. We are the sum total of a number of parts, there is our intellect, our psycho-spiritual self, our inner child, and our emotional self. If these parts are suppressed then unless we bring them back in from the cold, we have the problem of not becoming whole and complete . So in that we are not fully emotionally mature adults, and then we have to go and relate with other people, so this is the start of internal wars, and then planetary wars. Does this cut to the heart of human life on planet earth, and our disconnection from virtually everything? Are we open to one another? Are we tuned in to one another? We havent become part of the great symbiosis because our basic flaws of being human have amplified our narrow focus. If we could find it in ourselves to nurture and be sensitive while tuning into ourselves, that is real connection then to each other and this planet. Surely this is the starting point for planetary healing. These are just words and just might make room for monkey-mind play. So if we have a strong desire for change, we really have to take risks and look deep inside. Consider the truth day by day, ask ourselves what is really going on in our own self and our relationships. Only when we build strong interpersonal relationships can we then build strong, truly connected, united by the mission of saving the planet. The Inner journey just might create awareness a knowing of self, and that maybe a catalyst for some change, anyway thats my desire. Hope its yours as well. this beautiful place that we all inhabit is at a stage of crash and burn because of human behaviour until we have unity and nurturing we will continue on these destructive pathways. We together have the power to make change. MY Website https://ourinnerstories.com.au/ Go to Invitation then let me know if your into Exploring your Life.

Our journey this time is to wake up from the sleepy slumber of unconsciousness. Why do I bang on about our emotional inner selves? Its all just hypothesis, so dont take my word for it, just check it out for yourself, you have to find your own truth.
The true feminine that is in all of us is lucid, empathetic and knowing of what is important and what needs to be said, and she hangs on in the ether waiting to be the light that will free us. It might get messy before it gets better, because the conditioning and suppression that we hold onto is also painful, and sometimes difficult to let go of. It does take surrender. Most of us carry some back load of stuff we took on in order to Survive that Survival mechanism doesn’t really serve us.The culture that keeps us trapped not in who we are, but in the materialistic land of the living dead, and railing against the pollies, is really a waste of time, until they also get this, and one day they might join us and meet their liberation! And so its a call for change and I hope the conversations I have are a small ripple towards the freedom that we all need.A quote from AD Williams - Imagine what seven billion humans could accomplish if we all loved and respected each other”. On River FM 92.9 Mondays between 4pm and 6pm, OUR STORYS, Live streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream The Inner Journey Conversation this week is with Gisela. Of course there is great diversity in the music I play, listen up, participate.
My rave today is about male domination of mother earth, and male aggression and misogyny. This is embedded in our culture, and whenever you scratch the surface there are these behaviours that arise, often aggressively. The perpetrators of these behaviours don’t really know (sometimes) that they are doing misogyny because it is so embodied in their being. Yes, Men were subtly indoctrinated into that way of being, from a very young age. Personally, I grew up not even being aware of my misogynistic behaviour, or knowing what I was doing. I took on that whole misogyny into my being. For me it wasn’t until I had a mid life crises at 38 that I looked deeper and saw that I was doing typical male behaviour, which included the oppression of women. We must challenge those stereotypes and ways of being, but not through aggression, gentle awareness comes to mind.
Unchallenged it can ultimately lead to more women being murdered, more domestic violence. Recently I talked about an incident where people were being aggressive toward a woman friend of mine. I spoke about that and there was this pushback to maintain this old patriarchal paradigm, no matter what. This was so disappointing. The language, everything was used to uphold that inequality and aggression, and I am certainly having trouble getting over that. That is why I have to speak about it, people doing behaviour like this in our culture is very painful.
My father was certainly misogynistic, and to a degree I followed in his footsteps. Until I recognised how enslaved I was to this whole way of being. That was a long time ago but it was about my own healing process that went on for some years.
So we must expose these behaviours, however subtle, anyway we can. If an individual is being aggressive and controlling with language, lets ask them simply - What is your agenda right now?
The putting down of women has been going on for millennia, but mens own liberation is tied to being a big part of this kind of change, and for a better world in general, but I think in order to uphold old ways of misogyny, men will twist the story or go off on tangents of what is the core issue here. The Misogynistic divides so many and in that we can’t stand together and challenge the other very real issues like climate change etc. Please keep comments respectful. Please consider.

Mondays on river FM between 2 and 4pm OUR STORIES Mondays conversation is with Fran. Live Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream. Hope you can Join Me. Here is Quality thoughts from Peter Kingley Everything in existence is crying out for a particular quality of consciousness that only humans can give. This doesn’t mean we are superior to nature, only that there’s an incredible need for a certain cooperation. The famous mystic Rudolph Steiner has said that for the agricultural process to happen, for seeds and plants, and trees to grow, birdsong is absolutely essential. This is a beautiful truth that very few people know. But we also need to take what he said one stage further, because birds call and sing not only to quicken plants: they also call to awaken the human seed that we are. They are actually singing for our sake as well. If we can start to listen to them, really listen, they will draw us into this greater consciousness I have been talking about. They will be our teachers, because nature is able to point us to our inner nature. …We are called to be there. When we can listen to what the birds have to say, to what nature has to say, and when we perceive the beauty of nature, then we are completing the circle and returning this physical world to its source through our own consciousness. – Peter Kingsley

River FM 92.9. Between 2 and 4pm mondays. The Show is OUR STORIES. The inner journey conversation this week is with Chris . 2ncr.org.au/stream to live stream. And of course I always play divine music just for you.
Please consider My Rave on emotional suppression.
I remember when I was little, how many times did I hear ‘don’t cry’. When I was mad about what I thought was injustice, I was told to ‘settle down’.
It was all done with good intent but it was their narrative of passion control which they were passing down. If we want to change ourselves, which I consider a big call, we have to look at who is controlling who. Are we still not pleasing mummy and daddy when we keep suppressing ourselves well into adulthood. This suppression of emotion has profound affect on all our relationships. Please consider that I am one person, and there is a commonality for us all in what I have just described. We were all told to pull ourselves together and hold everything in, to our own detriment. We came out the other end broken. Are we open to each other?

I am a sensitive being which makes me feel it all, and being older I fall apart easier, I can’t hold it all in. There is the rub, falling apart is also a place of an open heart to the elixir of love and feeling, there is nothing more beautiful.

On River FM 92.9 Mondays between 2 and 4 pm OUR STORIES Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream Oh, and then there is sublime Music. This weeks Inner Journey Conversation with Martin Jacka. It Seems appropriate as it is now 10 years since i met Martin at Bentley and he became close friends until he Died. Please Consider and Engage with my Rave.
Familiar family narratives, they do have a part in non nurturing behaviour. They could also help stifle our creativity. In fact they have many effects on us as individuals. For various reasons we comply to these stories. My own lived experience was for 20 years of my life I was driven by this need to conform to these reductionist ideas of how to live my life. Really, how to just hold myself back. Yes it was a particular self imposed jail I had put myself in. I was 38 when I had my mid-life crisis. Because I was so hungry for change my course was completely in another more liberating direction.
